Natarajan's blog

Yeah, its been a long time since I have written on to this section. I was infact writing my own little blog software. When I thought most of it was done, I realised that I have to learn more about the intricacies of the HTTP protocol and behaviour of web browsers. So it will take some time till I start using my own software for my blogs/articles/writings or whatever you may call it.

Suddenly I have realised this year has flown past so fast, leaving me behind with few achievements. The word achievement brings a person to my mind - Mr. N.R. Narayanamurthy, the chief mentor of Infosys Technologies Limited. He was interviewed by India's best journalist Barkha Dutt on the Chai Stop programme on NDTV. Time and again NRN (as he is affectionately known) stuns us with his simplicity and modesty. On a query as to what frustrated him most, he replied "Our general apathy towards problems surrounding us". He felt that we needed to be more proactive in solving problems that were around us, instead of living with them or leaving it for others to solve. Valid thought indeed.

My writings have started bordering on news items and sports. Hopefully I can put in some of my technical thoughts sometime in this place.
